Children in this age group are building the foundation for focus, memory, language, and self-regulation. Our program is designed to support those needs through:
- Morning Core Instruction (AM Monday–Friday):
Hands-on, bilingual academics designed to strengthen attention, early literacy, numeracy, and language processing skills. - Learning Beyond the Core (PM Monday-Friday):
Continued learning through play-based activities, arts, science exploration, movement, and social interaction — all while reinforcing executive function skills like planning, impulse control, and task persistence.
🎯 Ages 6–9 GROUP
Learners in this stage are moving from learning to read to reading to learn, using language, logic, and research to explore new ideas. At iBis, we guide them through deeper academics while helping them plan, stay organized, and solve problems with growing independence
- Core Instruction (AM Monday–Friday):
Rigorous yet flexible bilingual instruction in literacy, math, and STEM that fosters critical thinking, perspective-taking, and purposeful learning. - Learning Beyond the Core (PM Monday-Friday):
Continuing with the AM instruction but focused on project-based, hands-on learning that encourages collaboration, creativity, and growth in executive function skills like time management, goal-setting, and flexible thinking — all in a nurturing, mixed-age environment.
