Questions About Enrolling at iBis?

Have questions about enrolling at iBis? You will find answers to the most common questions below. If you do not see what you are looking for, contact us and we will be happy to help.

How Enrollment Works

How do I enroll my child at iBis?

Enrollment at iBis is a three-step process. First, reach out to request information and we will send you program and tuition details tailored to your family. Second, schedule a family tour so you can meet GiGi and our team and see the classroom in person. Third, when you are ready to move forward, we will give you access to our online Guest Area to complete your enrollment forms and documentation. Learn more about the admission process.

When does enrollment open?

Enrollment at iBis is open year-round. We offer flexible start dates depending on availability and your child's readiness. Because our class sizes are small, spots fill up. We encourage families to reach out early.

Is there an application fee?

Please contact us for current enrollment fee information.

See the full tuition overview.

Are there any discounts available?

Yes. iBis offers a 5% discount for families who pay the full annual tuition upfront, and a 10% sibling discount for families enrolling more than one child. These discounts cannot be combined.

Yes. A limited number of founding family scholarships are available, and iBis is actively exploring additional financial support options. Please reach out directly to have a conversation about what may be available for your family. Learn more about financial aid and ESA.

TEFA — What Families Need to Know

What is the Texas Education Freedom Account, and can I use it at iBis?

The Texas Education Freedom Account (TEFA) program allows eligible Texas families to use state funds toward private school tuition. iBis Learning is currently pursuing the accreditation required to become an approved TEFA provider. Families interested in using ESA funds are encouraged to contact us for the most current status on our application and timeline.

Does it matter whether my child is enrolled as a private school student or a homeschool student for TEFA purposes?

Yes, this is an important distinction. TEFA provides significantly higher funding for students enrolled in an accredited private school than for homeschool families. Because iBis is a licensed private school with certified teachers, enrolled students would qualify for the higher funding tier once approval is in place. iBis is not a homeschool, even though we proudly serve homeschool families through our hybrid program.
